Due to worlwide recession people getting jobless. In our country a hidden agitation is growing up.It's most unfotunate that the employers don't giving even termination
benefits to the workers. The employers giving other dues very slowly to the terminated employees. In this situation if the jobless people become violent will they be blamed?

Why are the lower paid workers, who are the ones who put out the products, laid off, and the ones who bring in the largest salaries do not just take enough pay cuts to assure the higher quality of a product by loyal and experienced workers?
Case in point... when I had lean years in my own business, I did not lay off employees. I took the loss in my own personal life because I knew in order for my business to recover, I had to keep up my high standards and quality.
It was not the quality of my business that was bad, just that it was not in demand, at the time. My workers were paid on time, I cut back at home and in other ways in order to not lay them off.
My business then recovered and blossomed. It seems like basic logic to me.

Thank you. I only do what I was taught, to treat others as I wish to be treated. Karma is a huge thing and God will give us back double what we give to others.

You are a very reasonable employer. You did not forget the past contribution of your workers amd did not lay off them. When the employees get proper treatment in cash and and in behavior they return back this by their hard labor.Indeed you are a good employer.Thank you very much.

Its a very sad state of affairs, and who is to blame for it is a mystry to me yet. All countries go into recession at the same time ! What is this, is our economy so very dependent on other countries ? My heart goes out to these poor peole who have become jobless all of a sudden. I can understand their need for agitation if the employers are not fair, which in most cases they are. We just hope this is a passing phase and the world will smile once again.

Once people lose their jobs and are very frustrated they are very vulnerable and can do anything. Add to it that in most cases the Employers are not "fair" in such circumstances and I wouldn't be surprised if the cases of employees getting 'revenge' go up. Hope that peace prevails in these troubled times
