I think, stress is not good at all at any times and any moments. A man cant feel easy with stress.
If you want any clarification that what you read on the magazine. You can ask your question to the magazine publisher and they will surely assist you..

Depends how it affects you. I try to take advantage of stress and use it to get a job done and the next time, it doesn't seem as bad as the first time.

Hi,
While it is true U give Ur best performance under stress.(e.g-athelits in Olympics,break their record timings under stress only).Think Ur exam days,U were stressed-but U came out with flying colours.
But stress continuously is not good for health.Cardiovascular complications cases have increased in leaps & bounds and one reason is common is 'continuous stress'for longtime.So,yoga,meditation etc are stress-releivers.

I don't think stress and depression are good for mind. I am suffering a lot due to my job. I think it is slowly killing me and taking all the happiness and enjoyment in my life. I think stress and depression can sometimes makes a person very sad. I also agree to some extend stress helps to make the person perform and think positive.

Different people have different thresholds for stress..some can cope with it,some thrive on it,some can't take stress at all..Think how you are in your daily work situation-do things work better for you,can you achieve results better,when you have a deadline to meet? If you enjoy taking part in sports,does competition make you perform better? That's stress in a positive way..too much stress can overstimulate your endocrine system and lead to medical problems..Me,I get by with some pressure at work-I get bored when things are too quiet!

ya that is called stress management but that is not favour for our health... lot of people lose their hari due to this stress and also stress would give you disturbed sleep.if you havent had enough sleep that would cause your health severly...would lead to cancer and some other disease..a best doctor in our city has reported that most women were caused by cancer due to family stress and all..they focused that stress would make you to have take food in untime rather orderly and would cause digestion that causes the sleep disturbances in night...one will not feel these things in earlier stages while having stress but later in ages...so keep avoiding stress is good for health and our surroundigs and realtions.....

Too much stress is certainly bad to our health. It makes people feed bad. However, all of us need the appropriate stress to motivate us to improve. For example, if there is no homework, the students may ignore the lessons after class. If there is no quality examination, workers may not want to improve their skills. Stress is not a must in our life. It is just a drive that can helps us to be better. Anyway, do not add too much stress to yourself. In this case, it will does no harm to you. Cheers.
