I mostly drink eight litres of water a day.Now i am drinking more than that because i know the health benefits of water.Now because i have a cold am drinking more water.It will help in my breathing and ease my sore throat.It is recommended to drink three litres of water a day.I manage by drinking two to two and a half litres.

Well i never usually count how much water i drink and role of drinking excess water is debatable still so be careful, i recently read in newspaper that new studies have shown if u drink more water than ur body require than ur kidneys have to over work and it can effect badly on ur kidnyes.. I dont know how authentic that study was but i drink lots of tea a day so that shd have about 4 to 5 glass of water in it.. but i am not water crazy drinker.

yes every day should drink 8glasses a day. but if you eat many fruits or other soft drink ,you drink water just only one glasses. is this?

I never used to drink that much before. But lately I always keep a bottle with me and keep refilling it throughout the day. I probably drink three lots of a 750 ml bottle. That comes to about 2 litres or a bit more, definitely more than 8 glasses. I feel really good for it too!

i drink water evvernight when i lay down go to bed but sometime in the afternoon
i drink lot;s of water ,,,,but when it's very hot outside i drink about 3 bottol of water so yes i think waterall the time

I don't drink that much water because when I drink too much I seem to get to my stomach. I do drink some but I don't count how much I drink.

I always keep a one liter bottle with me in the office and will refill it one or two times a day. I always drink lot of water and so I put a bottle with me every time and everywhere. I also like coconut water very much. I think coconut water is very good for health. I think drinking as much water as possible is good for health.

WATER DAILY INTAKE QUANTITY
I think for my daily water intake is only 2 liter, the most. A total of minimum 5 liters in a day including my compulsory ginger coffee 3 liters. The minimum quantity of drinking water actually depends on our physical activity and humidity. Last time I believed about 8 glasses a day, but, later on I found it is a myth.

Hello! Our body needs tow to three liters of water daily and unless we drink that much of water we risk dehydration and heat related ailments.So in normal circumstance I drink about two liters of water daily and during summer season it goes up to three to four liters.thanx.

Yes, we should drink atleast 2-3 ltrs of water every day. I try to drink that much of water everyday but i always forget it once iam out of the house. however i am making it a point now to drink more water and also summer is on now so drinking water is a must...

I drink at least that much too. I quit drinking all the Pepsi that i was drinking and i started drinking water instead and i feel so much better. I also drink some hot tea in the morning and in the evening. and sometimes i add some red lightning to my water. It is a powder and it contains Pomegranate, Mangosteen, Acai, Goji, and Noni To get my Antioxident's.

I try to drink as much water as possible. As a general rule, one should drink their weight divided by 2 in ounces. So for example, if someone weighs 180lbs, then 180/2=90 which means they should drink 90 ounces of water. I have always been a firm believer in water. Water cures lots of things as well as protects us from lots of things. For instance, water prevents dehydration which causes fatigue, headaches, dry skin and hair. People often wonder "why do I have a headache all the time?" or "why am I so tired?" They should evaluate how much water they are drinking. Also, water keeps our insides cool, clean and lubricated. Not to mention, it helps control appetite. Did you know that when you crave sweets, it could be because you are partly dehydrated? This is because fruits contain lots of water and our bodies need water and since fruits are sweet, we crave something sweet. The problem is, is that most of the time something sweet means a cookie or candy bar to us. Which further increases dehydration. So, drink lots of water and be healthy!!!

I am afraid that I very rarely drink water, I just don't like the taste of it. I do mix it with a certain medication I take every other day and that is about 20 ounces of water, and that is the most that I do.

I usually drink when I'm thirsty, so I've never counted how many glasses of water I've drank. During winter it's like a glass of water a day, sometimes a glass in 2 days. I usually drink other drinks, such as tea so I drink less water. When the summer comes though I try to drink like 6 to 7 glasses a day because it is very hot. These numbers I'm just guessing though, since I've never counted them. I'll try to count it this summer, LOL :)

I have answered this question before....The proper amount of water is for you is to take half your weight and drink that many ounces of water a day...if you weigh 150 that would be 75 ounces of water a day....hope this helps you...God bless

I hardly ever drink water. I used to when I was pregnant but I got tired of it. If I'm not feeling well I'll drink nothing but water though.

That is great if you drink that many glasses of water a day. It is very good for us to clean out our systems and keep us hydrated. THey recommend at least 8 glasses a day and I have seen a chart that goes according to weight how much we should drink.
I never did drink enough in my life and now I cant drink as much as Id like. My body retains fluid terribly and I have to take fluid pills to get rid of it. However, I still try to drink a few glasses a day to clean out the rest of me!
