So I keep hearing that this is the best time to invest, which I am slowly agreeing to. Since you know, the economy is so bad that if it gets any worse it IS the end of the world. Anyway.
I was thinking about investing in mutual funds since I don't want to play too risky in the stock market and wanted to see if anyone has any good experience :)
Even a 2% APY would be just fine.
Also I am interested in IRAs :)
Lastly; where do you go to read about financial news? Google Finance? CNN Money?
Thanks! :)

I cant help you with the mutual funds, but they're safe. My family has invested in it often, but i don't know the details. I can assure you though, right now may not be the best time to invest in stocks long term.
yahoo finance, forbes, they're all good for finance news.
For stocks, if you're from India, i would recommend nseindia.com
Happy investing and mylotting.

Anyway you can go to this blog and read up on investing I hope you will get the information you want. You can also speak with a Financial Advisor too. http://blog.financiallysmartonline.com/
