Can you share the best way or exercise in order to flatten your stomach and have some nice abs?
I sometimes go to the gym and do abdominal exercises (using abs curl machine) and leg raises. But its not yielding the results that i want. I am also trying to limit my rice intake especially at night.
If you have other tips regarding this please do share. Thanks!

there are tons of ways you can get a nice pack, and it can get really detailed and meticulous if you get absorbed into it all. But its really pretty simple in that you need a low body fat (obviously) and to keep the muscles working.
The other guys covered the dieting part, and that is what is really key to keeping the fat off. Cardio is good, but diet is the key. In terms of your actual ab muscles, I find that planks (the static holds) are the best in terms of really developing the core. Also for the stubborn lower abs, leg raises are pretty good. Other than that, your abs will develop very nicely just by simply doing other lifts. To bench and squat, your core will brace itself to keep your body upright and safe, so your abs will naturally get the training they need. Even lifting boxes, gardening, or whatever else you do can help.

Nutrition my good man.
The abs are where all the fat goes FIRST, and gets burned off LAST.
So you definitely need some good cardio to burn that body fat, and for best results (I can't stress this enough) you MUST do it in the MORNING. That keeps the fat burning on all day long.
Then here are some cheap natural fat burners: coconuts, which also give you more energy, for better workouts, and yerba mate tea - also a mild stimulant, good for body and mind, so better workouts, and it burns off fat just because you drink it!
Finally, find and use an anticelulitic gel or lotion. Mine is some cheapo natural one, costs about 12 bucks for 500g, which should last a year :P
Hope this helps, remember getting abs is NOT just about crunches, you have to move in from all sides: Morning training, food, drink and thermogenic fat burners, like gels or yerba mate tea.
Enjoy

Every person has some sort of abs already in the area.. It is either most usually covered by layers of fat or the ab it self lacks training.
If fat is your problem then your first bet would be to look at your current diet/nutrition plan.
Most likely you are still eating more calories than you use per day.
A simple calculation to get your estimated calories for fatloss is.
Current bodyweight in pounds x 15 - 500 this should be the amount to aim for per day for fatloss..
you could replace some carbohydrates for protein. Since protein has the highest thermic effect and is less likely to be stored as fat..
Keep your carbohydrate choices to clean ones. Vegetable, fruit, whole grains and yams. Avoid sugary treats. If you're craving for a soda then just have a diet soda instead..
