I still prefer hand-made noodle, much more tasteful than machine made noodle.

Erica I also have pets, actually me and my son both have them. We tried Loach, Rabbit, hamster, Brazil turtle, most of them were not easy to raise, need more time and much more care... now only Loach, that small fish, still alive and with us.

Can you share the best way or exercise in order to flatten your stomach and have some nice abs? I sometimes go to the gym and do abdominal exercises (using abs curl machine) and leg raises. But its not yielding the results...
