Hand-made noodle

I still prefer hand-made noodle, much more tasteful than machine made noodle.

can you give more information? what is the recipe for making the noodles? he process for making them? i have attempted making my own pasta/noodles before...but they always turn out heavy, more like dumplings.....please elaborate... (handmade/homemade is always better in my opinion btw...)

Home made food, we do not weight by gram, just by experience :)
Ingredience
1. Salt, fresh water: a little salt dissolved in water
2. Wheat flour
3. One chicken egg
Scramble egg, add it to wheat flour
Combine the wheat flour with water and mix to a paste
Set aside the paste for a while, it needs time to wake up
Roll the paste to an even thickness flat, fold it by layers, cut it, done!

Yep, and we Polish people eat kluski noodles....just take a ball of dough, roll it out into a big circle, and start cutting strips of fat, flat noodles. Then fry them up in butter and add a little ketchup. We live on this stuff. So easy & cheap.

Must be cheaper too huh? Hopefully it's easier than it seems. I watched some chef make them before and it looks pretty complicated.
