Drunk playing

I wanted to know wether anyone else plays worse as they drink more? I played last night and had about 5 beers in me. I'm usually a pretty good player but I was playing against my dad and he gets better as he drinks more! so I did not do well lol.
just wanted to know other opinions!

Drinking would impair coordination far too much for me to be able to play well. However, I do tend to play much better when I am relaxed so a little bit to drink could possibly do me good.

ya I tend to have a certain threshold. I get better at most things with a bit of a buzz in me. But after things start to get blurry my playing goes downhill pretty fast.
