grantw Definitely advil and greasy bacon/sausage egg sandwhich. Also some good juice drinks such as apple juice or orange juice. Sometimes I go with Gatorade...but usually juice. But definitely some kind of breakfast food greasy. For some reason it just works.

grantw When I'm at school there isn't always healthy options. You learn to get creative by making meal thats not too bad for you. Also I try to just exercise more, especially if I'm not able to eat the best foods.

grantw Ya it happens. I wouldn't suggest writing a note...see them in person. It's alot easier to say 'no' to a note than to a persons face. But you just gotta hope that you are more valuable then others around you so they can't afford to cut your hours.

grantw ya I tend to have a certain threshold. I get better at most things with a bit of a buzz in me. But after things start to get blurry my playing goes downhill pretty fast.
