I like to switch my exercise up. Sometimes I walk, sometimes I go to the gym, other times I like to do workout dvds in the house. So I'm curious, what are some of your favorite workout dvds? I particularly like Taebo, The Biggest Loser, and Dancing Off the Inches.

I really want Carmen Electra's stripper workout DVD. LMAO. But I'm kind of embarrassed to buy it, to tell you the truth.
The only vids I've ever worked out to have been old-school Denise Austin ones that I had gotten at the thrift store. (There's nothing more motivating than some chick in neon-colored spandex and a crazy sprayed quiff-like hair do telling you what to do to get "rock hard buns". LMAO). I never really got into those videos though, I don't know why. I'd prefer just to do it to music, while watching TV, or better yet - outside or at the gym. For some reason it's kind of depressing to workout in my own home. I can't really explain why.

I love any fitness DVD which involves dancing rather than plain old exercises. We have ones other here which are made by Ministry of Sound and they are a lot of fun. I also like the Strictly Come Dancing workout by Kelly Brook and Flavia. Sometimes I like to do pilates and I have an MTV Pilates DVD for that which is also a lot of fun. I have quite a few fitness DVDs and some I do do more than others. I think it is important to vary your routine even if it is just by doing a few different dance moves, to keep your body working and to stop you from getting bored. I would never stick to my workouts if I was conatantly doing the same routines and listening to the same music.

Right now, I am walking...a LOT! I am traing for a walk in October to raise money for Breat Cancer, but to supplement that, I enjoy the wii fit fames, dancing off the inches, yoga, and flirty girl fitness. I like the dancing dvds cause its not like you are working out and the time FLIES =)
