How to learn a foreign language

It's so important to learn a foreign language, especially to the chinese students, but most of them can't go abroad, so can you give some better way to study english?

i think this is a better way to learn english, i am a enlish learner too. i like mylot, it gives us a place to use enlish as more as possible, and you could earn money from here,it is so glad for me.
