I believe it is best to forgive and forget to get a happy life. Do you forgive people who hurt you? I also like the prayer "Forgive our sins as we forgive others." I think we need to forgive and forget others in this small life....

anjixx doctors always suggest us to brush our teeth for about 3 minutes, and change the toothbrush about 3 monthes, but i could not stick to it, i always brush my teeth for about 1 minute, and 2 times per day, if you want keep your teeth health, please...
