Ooo I've been wanting to exercise every morning!
But I can't do it because I go to bed late all the time, I can't help it hehe
I wake up at 6.30am. Hmm, Maybe I should wake up at 6.00 and do some star jumps or something HAHA. I got some exercise machines. It's like your skating kind of machine. Might do that every morning to get the metabolism going hehe..
Well I do some sort of exercise in the morning, Which is walking to the train station hehe (45 minutes) Sometimes I would power walk there with my arms swinging side to side to help lose calories faster!
But knowing me, I'm rather lazy, I don't really like getting up in the morning, let alone get up and having to exercise!!! :o

I just do some stretching and sit-ups at home. I can't go out in the morning to do some walking even if I want to do it because I have baby to take care. How I wish I could go back to walking or running.

Every morning I go walking on the beach . I think walking in the sand and breathing the salt air is a healthy way to start the day . It also gives me
the chance to search for little treasures that have washed up on the beach
during the night , like pretty sea shells.

Oh yes. i really want a weight machine it's kinda like a bowflex but uses weights and has two distinct uses although you can modify it a lot. Anybody wanna help me with the $800.00 bucks?
so for now I try to do about 400 push ups and 400 back crunches each day in sets of 40 at a time. I am also doing pull-ups but have only been doing those for a couple of weeks so it's hard to get 10 at a time. I am also going to start a cardio vascular program. I've been doing jumping jacks but that's not good enough by itself. I guess I'll start jogging a little. If you don't work a cardio vascular program you will lose your endurance and this can be very hard to get back in shape to.

sometimes, when i have extra time.. i do not exercise every day, since i am always in school, and i need to be there early.. but i do alot of "walking" around the campus that might count as an exercise...

Hi sinokirin! Most of the time, I really don't exercise. LOL I know that it is good for the body and all but I have less time nowadays and cleaning the garden and the house is enough exercise for me at this time. although I would really love to do the real exercise someday, hopefully soon.

i think it is a good habit for us.The air is very clean in the morning and i feel happy when i read my favorate books on TCM(Traditional Chinise Medicine).but i am busy in working in the clinic of our hospital and did not read for more than 10 weeks.

hai .. i like to do exercises . but wont get time to do exercises in the morning. i will manage to do it in my free time .. it is really good for health .. it refreshes the body and mind at a time .. do excercise and gain health from that .. happy mylloting .

That's the ideal...we should exercise everyday, if not every morning. But since I could not, I just find time to exercise as soon as I arrive from school, or sometimes after dinner. Just stretching, or I ride the treadmill or the stationary bicycle....my purpose: to burn the calories away, and to maintain my blood sugar to a minimum....

I envy those people who can find time to do some sort of exercises in the morning.For me,I go walking as an exercise,but only at nights.Since I can't be early to bed at night,I can't rise early in the morning.So,I do my walking at nights.But,any exercise in the morning has its own merits.Cheers!

Sometimes. Very infrequent. Although I really think it is really healthy if I could do that on a regular basis. It is as if I am starting my day on a good mood. That would also let my body be prepared for very tiring day.
If you want to have a healthy life, I guess doing regular morning exercises would help.

i don't exercise every moring because i was so busy after i get up. i have to cook food for my family and do all household choires after they leave at home like washing clothes and hang them, clean the house, water the plants, wash the dishes, mop the floors and all others because i a a full time housewife. i think that includes exercise too. i mean, my physical activities is so active because of doing all the household chores.
