I spank my 3 year old. It is the most effective. I also do time out. The punishment depends on the situation.

In this time, it is consinder not right to spank your children. but when i was growing up it was ok. and we all turned out ok.

I do spank him if he doesn't respond to verbal warnings or time-outs. I was never spanked as a child but I think boys are worse than girls when they're little.
