Does anyone else suffer from these illnesses and if so hoe do you treat it. I have suffered for years and have taken every pill know, I am currently on lexapro.

kati16 Thas great you don't have to take meds. I don't like having to take them. Some day hopefully I wont. Good luck!

kati16 I have never tried meditation. I have tried yoga. It was ok, I didn't feel more relaxed or anything. O have thought about maybe trying pilates.

kati16 I agree thata being able to talk to someone really helps. My hubby doesn't really understand the depression and anxiety do he is hard to talk to. Luckily I can go to my mom. It has helped alot.

kati16 No I would not, I don't personally believe in abortion. If they could successfully seperate the babies then I would do it.

How did you have to deliver you children. My first baby was 8lb 5 oz vag birth. My second baby was 9lbs 12oz by c-section.
