do you wear underpants while sleeping?

i do. i guess i'm brought up in a very traditional family and i don't sleep naked. Ok partially naked maybe. When i'm home, i don't wear a bra, but just my cotton undies and my PJs (those long dresses sort), so technically, i do get free flow of air too.

When I was younger I used to sleep naked but as the years have progressed I now sleep with just my shorts and in winter also a vest :) Guess old age catches up with all of us sooner or later ;)

i always wear underwear even in my sleep. I don't find it comfortable if I don't wear anything underneath. The ants might crawl inside. Just kidding.

For me it depends on the climate, because here in our country, it has two seasons, dry and wet. So now its summer time, well the weather really is too hot to handle, excessive sweating and perspiration really unavoidable. Even at night very hot so sometimes its uncomfortable to sleep so I wear just my boxer shorts and nothing else to keep your body cool. While on the otherhand, if its raining and the weather is a bit cold, you can be a good candidate to catch cold if you sleep half naked, so to avoid that I sleep with my underpants, shorts and shirt on. These way I can keep my body heat warm. I guess, its really fine if you can sleep with or without your underpants as long as your comfortable, and have a good night sleep.

Haha.. no i dont like to wear underpants while sleeping. i want to make free of things at night time. I used to wear in my childhood only.

ha ha ha thats an awesome question! i personally dont like to because its way uncomfortable to wear underwear while sleeping. most of the time though i wear something like yoga pants or small shorts and it works perfectly!

I do because my period is not regular so I have to wear it just in case Hubby sometimes just go naked, he usually takes a bath before going to bed

Yes, I usually do. I don't feel quite right if I don't at least this and maybe a top on. After all, I'd hate for there to be an emergency, like a fire, and have to run out of the house naked. Eek! My husband on the other hand loves to sleep in the buff.

Hi bombshell, during the winter periods and even now I wear pyjamas to bed, but when it is warm or I am I just wear a nightie but nothing underneath, like you I do believe it better to get some air to that part of your body...littleowl

I only sleep naked when with my friend. Other wise I have on a T-Shirt and cotton bottoms. Long T-Shirt. And if you get cold at night when your man is not there buy a heated matterice pad. It is so nice. you can turn it up as high or as low as needed. I turn mine on for 30 min. before I go to bed. And bed is nice and warm. So most of the time I do wear my underpants. Have a great day.

Hey bombshell Its a funny question, i think there would be few who sleep with wearing underwear it will be uncomfortable and may feel itching. For me i do not wear any underwear while sleeping but its not that i do not wear anything i always wear my night dress, its relaxing

You know it depends on my mood. Like tonite I am think about it because it has been awhile. I like the feeling of freedom. I think people should try and be more comfortable with their bodies. I know when I was young I could not do it but sense I have gotten older I love the feeling of being 'free'. Take care and happy mylotting to you

That's an interesting discussion.I dont wear something while sleeping when I sleep alone.And I closed the door,put down the window curtain,we must keep warm and secret.But sometimes,I must share my room with my friends,that's a bad time for me

My boyfriend likes to sleep naked. As a matter of fact, he would be naked all the time if he could. LOL. Personally, I don't have a problem with anyone who does. But I have a bladder control problem if I cough or sneeze and I don't really want a wet bed. LOL

I don't wear underwear anymore while sleeping but i do wear pajama pants or shorts while i am sleeping. i don't feel comfortable sleeping naked lol it gets too cold. but not wearing underwear thing i just started doing and i like it lol i feel free without feeling naked and cold.

when i feel dizzy i sleep with my underpants but that day i dont feel comfortable while sleeping. So i usually try not to wear it but it depends on my activeness when i sleep.

I have seen many articles say people can be more healthy if they sleep naked because the body can get more fresh air and feel more relax.But my habit is sleep with underpant,it is just a habit really,can't explain why
