Been interested in photography for quite a while. And now that I have a little bit free time, I am willing to put more time into it. I just joined a photography group within my area. Hopefully, I'll be learning lots from it.

That's so awesome for you! i love photography and I wish we had some clubs in my area, but I think they are only really offered in schools. Join some groups and gallery sites online also. They can be lots of fun if you find the right ones. I do deviantart.com, redbubble.com, artwanted.com, and viewbug.com.

I am not good at learning online. I am better off with face-to-face instructions. That's why I am thankful that we have groups for this in my area.

It is. I would be attending my first meeting on Wednesday, April 22nd. Hopefully it would be a good and beneficial meeting.

That sounds cool, good for you. Photography is really great and a nice hobby. I wish I have a photography club in my area, too 'cause I also do love photography like you. I definitely think that you'll benefit a lot from that and you would be a better photographer. Good luck.

You could try to look for photography group in your area. Or better yet, start one. It doesn't have to be a fancy one. Just a meeting of people who have the same interest- photography.

i am starting my own group. i am their guild guro... lol
i hope that i can share to the kids anything that i know about photography. well i think its better to join a group than starting one you own. you will go through different hustles, like posting a poster, fryers and any form to inform other that you have a group.

My sentiments exactly. With joining a group, the only concern you have is to attend the meetings. But if you're the leader, there are so many things that you need to think of.

I can't think of a better way to learn and improve; even if you know a bit more than others in the group, explaining and sharing your own skills hones them.
