Does anyone know a great recipe for aspargus?

I like asparagus fixed pretty basic. I spread it on a baking sheet with a little oil and add some garlic salt then put in the oven until crip tender.

I made asparagus wrapped in thinly sliced beef. I just season thinly sliced beef with salt and pepper and then wrap the 2-3 pcs of asparagus in it. Then I grill it on my stove-top grill. Then when serving it, i just top it with a little store-bought teriyaki sauce & sprinkle toasted sesame seeds. Having said that, you can get creative with what you wrap it with. I remember watching rachel ray wrap some asparagus with puff pastry. Before wrapping it all, she spread some cream cheese on the puff pastry first. Then she baked it. Sometimes, I cut the asparagus in thirds. Then I saute it on garlic & extra virgin olive oil, toss some cherry tomatoes, add some dried basil or any dried herbs you have on hand and season it all with salt and pepper. I dont really cook asparagus. It is not among my favorite vegetables. Chicken covered with bacon sounds good. Asparagus is kind of expensive and is not among my favorite vegetables. I like other vegetables like broccoli and stuff like that. I do eat alot of broccoli and find it to be very good. I have had asparagus with hollandaise sauce before. I have never tried to make it at home however.
