I do.
I always seem to nap around 8 or 9 pm, and then I wake up at three am. I stay up until about 4 or 430, then I pass out again. Then I wake up at about 9 for work. I try and try and try, but my sleeping schedule will probably always be like this!
What is your sleep schedule like?

No, i only sleep about 5-6 hours in a day. I think it doesn't enough for me. Sometimes, i have a lot of works to do in the night such as doing my college assignments, it is so time consuming. But in the weekend, i can relax myself, enjoy my time and sleep until 8 hours. I do really need that. I like it :)

Hi Rebelmel,
I am so into getting a good night's sleep. That's because I enjoy dreams and dreaming. I just read that the position of your bed has a lot to do with getting an interrupted sleep. It's got to do with magnetic fields...North/South. So if the head of your bed faces north you get a better night's sleep. Who knew??

I wish I got more sleep, but I am lucky to get 6 hours a night... I am usually up until 11 pm or so and then I am up between 6 and 6:30 am... to get my son ready for school and my day starts there...LOL
I dont get any naps in, and my daughter is 1 and she is teething so she gets fussy around 3 or 4 am... and so I bring her to bed with me then.. so I dont get very much sleep right now.
I wish I did...LOL happy mylotting.

It depends. If I am super tired and there is no class the next day. I would sleep around 1am till 3pm. Because I don't usually sleep much during weekdays. Hehehe.

Longtime ago around 2 years ago I had been in the night shift for around 4 years. I used to work in the daytime doing home transcription. Most times I sleep in the weekends around 18 hours fully and doesn't sleep in the daytime or nighttime on week days because I needed money to meet my bills. Now a days I am working in the day shift and sleeps at night. I sleep around 11 o'clock at night most days and get up around 7 o'clock in the morning.

That sounds like my schedule especially when I was pregnant. I'd be so pooped out I'd go to bed early and then wake up to pee and wake up so instead of toss'n & turning all night I figure I may as well go online til I get sleepy again.
When I worked a night shift for a while and I left in the middle of the night that was rough. I left in the middle of 3rd shift so I could catch a nap before the kids woke up & before hubby left for work. But I'd always end up watching tv til 5ish and then wake up say 90 min later with the kids anyways. But a job is a job ya know?!?

i used to sleep a lot.but not now.as we grow old sleeping duration reduces.i have to get up at five a.m to prepare lunch box.to wake up the kid,she has to go to coaching at 6.30.these days some body introduced me to yoga.for that also i have to be up early.i can not do yoga in the evenings.body does in the evenings. i take a nap in the afternoons,if there is nobody at home,if its a working day the door bell keeps ringing every ten minutes.so afternoon sleep is imposible.in the night my children start telling me the way they spent their day.with one or other i go to sleep after 12 'o' clock.the day starts at five no matter when i slept.
