Ravioli tonight

Tonight for dinner I made cheese ravioli. I served mixed vegetables and also made some garlic bread to have with it. Of course my son doesn't like any pasta with the cheese inside so I heated him up some leftover meatballs. Have you had ravioli for dinner lately?

Oh Lord if I made them from scratch it would take me all day. I buy the frozen kind, I think they're called Seviroli. Yeah my son is a little odd that way.

I like the taste of ravioli but I havent had it lately. It is really pretty good. My son is a major ravioli fan. He often eats it and has a good time trying different types of ravioli. I like it and often want it but it is something that I dont eat a whole lot of. I usually just get the chef boyardee type.

For some reason I never liked the chef boyardee. Maybe it was the sauce that bothered me.

I have not had ravioli for dinner lately. The last time I had ravioli it was out of a can too. Those were meat filled. I don't normally do cheese filled ravioli. What I really prefer are toasted ravioli, but those are pretty fattening, so I only eat those once in a blue moon.

I love toasted ravioli. I only had them once though in a restaurant.

That sounds delish! I love ravioli! Haven't tried making it though. Is it easy? Do you use ready-made pasta or do you make it from scratch? I haven't tried the canned variety either. I usually eat ravioli in restaurants. Cheese is yummy, spinach is also delicious.

I didn't make them from scratch. Takes too much time. I buy the frozen kind.

I like ravioli a lot. What you served with it sounds really great. Why doesn't your son like pasta with cheese inside? I like anything with cheese, so that's why I am wondering.

I also love ravioli. Which surprises me as to why my son doesn't like it. I'm guessing it's the texture of the inside of the ravioli. I guess he just doesn't like the creaminess of the ricotta cheese inside.

I don't think I've ever had ravioli for dinner. My daughter is the same way about pasta, no meat, just sauce.

I haven't had ravioli in a long long time. I think I may have to buy me some lol. I used to get it a lot when the kids were home. They liked it for lunch. Sounds good.
