cub scouts

My son is in Beavers and my daughter is in Brownies. They both really enjoy it agnd look forward to it every week.

I was when I was a kid.

My husband was in cub scouts, he still has all his patches.

I have no children but if I were a mother I would definitely try to get involved in my children's activities but not go overboard in such a way that it would embarrass them. My hat is off to you for caring and taking time to see that your son enjoys his childhood and is able to be part of a group that has the same ideals and goals. I started as a Brownie and then to Girl Scout and it was some of the best times of my younger days. In my view it is a way that we can nurture the lives of our children in those years that they learn the most of how to behave. It will surely show up in their behavior as adults.

My son is a Joey scout....next year he will go up to cubs when he is 8. He really enjoys it
