do you think drink milk will add fat on belly

Two month ago, in order to loss the weight, i drunk milk everynight, that is the only food I eat at night, but after one month, i found my belly get fatty, then i changed milk to fruit, apple or banana or something, my belly'fat back, do you drink milk everyday, do you find this thing?

hi monic!!..i'm my too late to throw my response?? anyway, first what kind of milk do you drink? coz ordinary milk, powdered or liquid has unwanted fats on it, low fat milk is much recommended...drinking milk before bedtime is only advisable to skinny people coz drinking milk before bedtime help to maintain lean mass..but still you still drink milk as your diet to get slim as long as if back it up with regular 20mins. cardio-exercise, a post exercise drink to replenish your electrolytes...

Thats not true. Drinking milk produces colostrum which burns fat in the body. I have been overweight before by 13 kgs and I lose it!
I exercise at the afternoon rather than taking a nap then I drink milk as my meal replacement for dinner. The best milk is the non-fat milk

I don't think so.Milk is good to your health.Every morning I will drink milk and I haven't find it will make my belly fat.maybe it is up to the individual.
