Fibromyalgia is what they call it. A pain on your upper back. It can affect every aspect of persons life. Because this condition can severely curtail social activity and recreation. It is often referred to as an invisible illness or disability due to the fact that generally there are no outward indications of the illness which will result to disability. The invisible nature of of the illness as well as its relative lack of understanding about how it was manifested.
Some tips to lessen the pain. Exercise program that stretch muscle involve, improve cardiovascular aerobic fitness are also showed helpful. Many find temporary relief by applying heat to areas, plus massage. We can also prevent further pain by doing some self care. Avoid stress (would be impossible now for our crisis" dont you think so?), get enough sleep, exercise, maintain healthy lifestyle and pace yourself. Hope this has given you mylotter a little relief as ive tried and happy that i dont feel much pain now.
