Do you cook any from can of sardines? What are your recipes into it? I was able to cook and prepare omelet thru canned fish or sardines. Another way is preparing it as an egg roll, a healthy way alternating meat inside of it....

I thought my son would not grow as big as he is now. He used to be skinny during his preschool and a bit difficult to feed. He is now overweight than he supposed to be at his age now. he is 130 lbs now at 10 yr old. Hes weight...
