What do you do to keep fit?

At the beginning I was believing so then I came to understand that after a class in gym your body needs food or energy if you want so you become very hungry and then this is the point where you got to control yourself from high calories food. Eat something like salads or similar stuffs...But at first I will admit to you that i was unable to do it but then when I see gorgeous dresses i just wish to get into them and here you are Im just trying to keep from these high calory food as much as I can..

well, i really pay little attention to my health and fitness. so i don't go to GYM and it's expensive for me too. instead of that, i go to work and go home by foot everyday. i take this as a sport for me, although it's not enough.^_*

I work out as regular basis every day at gym. Some times i also play foot ball and kho kho.Kho Kho is a indian game. You could hear about this game.If you play kho kho only for 7 minutes, you will realized that you can loose your extra fat within 3months.This is a hard and body contact game and you have to run every time on this game.Just like football

Hi....I climb my apartment stairs to keep fit and I also go to the other blocks for stair climbing as well. This is because the rubbish chute in my apartment block is located 4 blocks away so I would take a walk in the morning to throw rubbish and enjoy the morning fresh air as well so I might as well do some exercise by climbing the stairs. When i first started it was very tought to climb. if my legs and lungs could talk I think they would be screaming but now i am used to it so it's a good sweat out session for me. As the highest block has 16 floors. so i would climb up the stairs.
