Yes, looks fade with time right? I honestly think that sometimes we are immediately attracted to someone because they share the same values, you have interests that you can build on. It would not do me any good to find a mate who does not like children. I love children they are my passion, even at 18 years old I envisioned myself with a housefull of kids. Common goals, interests, likes and dislikes will usually win out over someone that has good looks. Someone who has a good heart and is not afraid to share their dreams will win out with me everytime. It's like an old amish proverb that I once read...powder will attract the man, but in the end it's the baking powder that will keep him. By this...I mean it's the chemistry between two people that will keep them going strong.
