or did you forget?...
Lately I seem to be forgetting more and more things on my "to do" lists. Are my lists too long, too extensive, or is my memory too short?
Do those herbs and vitamins which say they support memory function actually do what they say? Has anyone ever taken supplements for their memories? I'd like to hear from you if you can remember...

I think I have a relatively good memory. I can remember well the numbers, the events, the members' name of a group I visit in the same day. However, it's difficult for me to order these events by time. For instance, when I lose a key and try to look for it, I remember all the places I left it, but I can't determine which is the last one.

Hi coldmoon...The keys used to be the worst thing in the house! Then I put a basket right by the front door and whenever I come in, I just drop the keys right into the basket. It saves much time and cursing over where I left the keys last! Thanks for your response.

I have a horrible memory, but I don't take any supplements for it. I just try to keep a small notebook or some post-it notes around me so I can keep a list. I use Microsoft Outlook so I can put notifications/reminders and notes on there to help keep me in line and remember what I need to be doing.
