slim and are called malnurish

A lot of people consider fat healthy and when you are slim you are consider malnurish. But fat is not always means that you are healthy and slim does not always means that you are not well fed. Many children dont get fat until they reach adult. Many people are born with big bone and another person with slim bone. The most important thing is that we all eat healthy and it doesnt matter how we look as long as we eat healthy meals.

I guess it depends on the weight and the age of the person. Some slim looking person may be more healthier then those that are fat and with bulging stomachs even for kids. You will notice that small children that are not that fat are more active than those that are fat makes them more sluggish and gets easily tired. It will depend on the weight height and age that you could determine if you are malnourished or not.

I think alot of time it does depend on your bone structure and also hwo well you take care of yourself. I think that your muscles and everything should be taken into account when talking about weight and weight loss and also your structure. I think it would be very nice to have everyone be of normal weight.

Being Healhty is not totaly determined by what size of body you possess, it merely understood that there are factors to be considered in determining healthyness these are the following; age, heaight, weight and inner body functions which includes eyes(eyesight),brain and heart functions.

Not all fats are healthy in fact mostly of them are die because of being fat. slim people also can be healthy or they can be also malnurish. you can't judge people through physical appearance it is regards on how they care they health. slim people can maintain their body weight because their metabolism work so fast. but their are some also get slim because they are under go dieting program. fat person get very fat because that is their normal body size.

Yup, I agree with your views. Fat to the point of obese is not healthy and slim to the point of bony skinny is sick. Genetic plays a part. Is is run in the family. But we can alter our diet by eating healthily. Health is the is the key point.

slim people r the healthiest man i ever noticed. u can't tell them malnurished infact they r more safe from diseases like diabetes and other fat related diseases

Very true! For at least the past 20 some years, my Dr and family would try to get me to gain weight because I was so thin. I didn't have a problem eating, and I probably ate more than they did hahaha. Some of us have quicker metabolisms than other people, and others have a slower metabolism. I think the true proof is if you're healthy, eat well, and feel well, then it's likely just the way we're built and not an ill health type thing for either end of the scale. Physically fit doesn't always seem to fit the profiles others want to set for them. Your last sentence is right on and says it best!
