Children are gifts of God, be it a boy or a girl. But many of us have our own tastes. Do you prefer a girl or a boy baby? That's my question? I have one from each and I love both of them very well. Whose parenting is easy according to you, a girl or a boy?

I prefer girls because thats what i have, but either would be fine with me. I always thought boys would be easier, but my friend has a little boy & he is impossible. My girls are so easy for me. They are so good for me. I am pretty strict though. It keeps them in line.

It's sometimes easy parenting a girl as you said especially regarding their studies, and sometimes handling them becomes very difficult. But all girls are not same. Hope you get the gift very soon and be a proud mother of a girl.

I am a teacher and so I know what boys are like and what girls are like. I always wanted to have both genders as a parent. Most of all I dreamed about having a girl. In my first pregnancy I guessed I was having a boy and I was right. He is such a delightful teenager now. I got pregnant again many years later so my children have a 12 year age gap. I hoped I was having a girl but the scan proved a boy. I was sad for a couple of days until I got used to the idea. He is almost 2 years old and is doing so well. He has spina bifida. I am currently pregnant and at last the scan says I am going to have a girl. She is due to be born in late June. That will make me so very happy.

I don't believe that God had anything to do with your conception unless He came down from Heaven Himself and slept with you.
I've got a 10 month old daughter right now. We are going to eventually have more kids, but we would be happy with either a girl or a boy. Doesn't matter to us as long as the baby is born healthy.

I love all babies, boys or girls! When I was first contemplating the idea of having kids, I wanted two boys and one girl. I ended up with two boys and four girls. Usually Women want girls, and Men want boys, it's easier to relate to the same gender, and it's easier to teach the "same gender" the things you have learned in your life. Most boys don't want to learn how to crochet and sew or cook, and most girls don't want to be out throwing a basketball around. My kids all have good qualities, and both the boys and the girls have had their difficult periods, but neither one is any easier than the other.

Hi that's a good thinking. You can experience and enjoy both their growths.
