HEEEEEEEEELP! My teeth are a mess!

Can I do something about them? I have only 31 years and I already have a dental plaque (don't know the exact translation) and my remaining teeth are ruined.
And I took some good care of them. Maybe they'll invent some self growing teeth.
Do you have troubles with your teeth?
What can I do?

I hope that you can get them bonded or something. It is sometimes difficult to take care of your teeth. I hope that you will be able to do soemthing with them someday.
I have a problem with my gums myself. I think my gums will be an issue that I will have to deal with soemday. They bleed when I floss them.

Hi, liviurus! You may need to see an Dentist and Orthodontist. They can correct your teeth. You may also need to see a Periodontist as well. Yes, I used to wear braces in the past. And I now need braces. I am planning on getting them by this year, My teeth are not in the best shape either. I hate the way that they look. My gums are healthy, it is just my two front teeth that are the problem. You are not alone. Just go and see these people for your teeth problems, and they can get you smiling again! Take care!

Thank you for your advice, I forgot to mention : mess = damaged state
I mean some are there and those are damaged beyond repair : can't post monster pictures here, it's against site's policy.
Anyway, when I'll be alright with my money, now I do not have even some change to buy a bread, I live like a beggar, asking friends to lend me their surplus, I'll go and repair what's left in my mouth.

I think you should see a dentist as quick as you can ,, have your teeth cleaned really well , they get down near the roots where we often miss ,, you are very young im sure they can be saved *

My teeth are a mess as well and it would take thousands to fix them. I dont know what we can do about our teeth. My teeth do concern me and I hope to one day afford to get them tended to. I hope you can as well.
