Anybody Up There?

God never hold anyone to ransome for the evil deeds of anybody,He is up there truly but He is also present here on the earth through His spirit,unfortunately a lot of bad things happen on this earth that the devil will tend to make us put the blame on God but can you blame God for giving man a choice to do either good or evil?

Hello my friend sukumar794 Ji, I am a blind believer in : 1. Whatever happens arround me, happens for goodness. 2. Whatever God does, does only for our goodness. 3. Anything, which is not mine, I will never get, however I might try. 4. Anything which is mine, no body can take from me. We always think our benifits, forgetting about our mis-deeds and blame Almighty. I think, if anyon ecan giveaccount for all one's mis-deeds, on ewould be satisfied very soon. take the things as much positive as possible, if is giving you hardships, maybe he is testing you and he wants to make u stronger,just accept what he has stored for u and soon u will see that he also will get tired, trying you and he will grant you the days you are wishing for.

I have read this book describing or comparing God to a mountain. God is definitely up there. He is silent, yes. For good reasons i believe. God is said to be like a mountain. Mountain is massive, big, humongous. It is impossible not to see it. But if you are from a very far distance. you will see a very tiny pebble. but as you get closer or drive closer slowly it will get bigger and bigger. It is still the same mountain. but the difference is your position. The more you get closer the more you can prove his existence. the farther you are the lesser you see it. So only those who takes an effort to be close to God can feel Him alive in this world. If you don't get to know Him, then there is no way for you to see Him as real.

yes there is someone up there! someone who is so reliable, someone who gives help to those who ask. why dont you ask for help. why dont you seek for peace of mind, why dont you pray that all your be burdens will be lighten. there is God to those who believe. every problems in life is a test, we may fail we may succeed but there will always be an assurance of learning. open your heart, open your mind, there one good God for us. this is the reason of our existence God's love.

I'm not exactly sure what i believe, but im almost sure He is up there. He has let us suffer sometimes, but with all the good things that have happened in my life, I truly believe that He is watching over me and helping me through life silently.

Well... they do say that the more GOD makes you suffer... the more he loves you. So... seek comfort in the thought that GOD adores you. Or you could tell him to go to hell and leave you alone. lol

Some times I think that quote is sarcastic in nature. God knows there are a lot of problems on this planet. If we look at the world in black and white we see just what is going on. People who believe in God or a Higher Power don't necessarily think why is he not doing something. In bad times sometimes we have to stop and look at the little things to see that there is hope even in the worst of times. Then again, no one has come back down from Heaven to tell us what it is like. If we don't have faith there is nothing.

When life's not fair, the first think to remember is to be careful. Be careful how you react and what happens to you. When you cannot control what happens to you in life's unfairness, at least treat yourself fairly! Be fair to yourself. Chose to react positively and not negatively. Think. We use our head to think. Life's not fair. But is God Good? Absolutely! The proof is He has given you an intelligent brain. Use it. Think. Try to be slow to condemn. Be wise and reserve judgment. This, too, may turn out to be a blessing in disguise.

Hi sukumar, I've heard that saying many times and I feel that it belongs to another era. Of course there is no one "up there", in the sense that God is a physical being and heaven an actual physical place. Even Jesus said, "the kingdom of God is within you". God is not a sort of superman somewhere out there in space. The spiritual and the physical are not the same. We know very little about the spiritual realm, in fact some don't believe that it exists at all and we certainly can't prove it to another, we can only know it in our own being. Blessings.

God helps those who help themselves. He will not directly interfere with our lives because we are here to grow our spirits and progress to a more advanced level. Think of God as a parent--if you saved your child from every misfortune and didn't let him suffer through his mistakes, would he learn anything? No. You keep him from sacrificing his soul to the darker side and hope for the best. God knows you're there. Try thanking him every day for the good things in your life and pray for wisdom, not things. It certainly puts you in a mental and spiritual place where you empower yourself and get things done to improve your lot in life. I know--it works for me and I've overcome some tremendous hurdles!
