yes it is possible it was something you ate, or maybe you are just nervous or you are about to get the flu or something like that,
when I am nauseous it is has to to with my diabetes.

Actually this just happened to me last month. I didn't really feel nauseated at first, but I had a headache that grew steadily worse through the night. Shortly before I went to bed I felt like I was going to throw up. I had tried to do some mylotting before this to try to distract me, but it didn't work. So I shut off the computer and sat back on the couch to help me relax. It helped a little, but not much. Before I could stop myself I ran to the sink and threw up. As my period was due a day or so later I thought maybe I was going to miss it altogether due to being pregnant. But that wasn't the case as my cycle was on time. So the only things I can think of was that it was something I ate or it was stress related, or heck, maybe it was a combination of both things.

Yes, i do. For apparently no reason. To me, stress is an important factor. The more stressed I am, the worse I feel. Food also makes me feel incredibly sick. I only eat vegan soup, Wasa bread one slice, I drink tea and sugarfree coffee. Anything except that may make me sick.
