coffeeandpinupgirls I can not donate blood because i am ill. I suffer from anaemia and I lack nutrients. Unless the situation changes by improving itself, it is highly unlikely to donate blood.

coffeeandpinupgirls I think daily about choosing the wrong path in life. And yet i carry on making the wrong choices (I suffer from several addictions and depression). It is very hard to find the right way in life when the darkness is blinding your eyes.

coffeeandpinupgirls I have an irregular sleeping pattern, mostly due to the fact that I am also suffering from depression and bulimia. Sometimes I sleep too much, especially when i am exhausted. And sometimes I tend to sleep for only 3-5 hours a night.

coffeeandpinupgirls I suffer from kidney infection. It relapses every once in a while, making my life so much more difficult. I get aches, water retention and some sort of cramps. I hate the sensation. I know I should go for a checkup, but to be honest I am scared of it.

coffeeandpinupgirls I do, but only if I have not eaten and it is probably empty and I feel hungry. I usually drink coffee, or diet sodas in order to make the hunger go away and stop the noise. Sometimes soup broths are also useful, but they must be warm or hot!

coffeeandpinupgirls Well to be honest, a checkup once a month sounds exaggerated to me. I do mine once every 3 months or so. I get my blood tested, to see if i still have a lack of nutrients and if my electrolytes are okay.

coffeeandpinupgirls To me, it is an illness. Medically, it is considered to be chronic. I doubt people who think it is a choice or a lifestyle actually suffer from it.
