I am depressed..feeling lazy...irritated...Just makes me want to sleep.. Its just 8.33am and my day hasnt started yet. Cant think of any way that would cheer me up..
Anyways, hope you're all having a good day! Bet you guys are going to beach, work or do some chores.. very busy!

though I am feeling a bit lazy these days, its I think the change in whether that is affecting all...

well dont concentrate on your depression.Jut have a distraction or something.Maybe walk around or go out to meet new friends.Eating may be a solution but take care of your health.

Im feeling a bit ok now.. I cannot eat because it will make me more miserable actually by gaining weight.. Unfortunately, that is what I do whenever I get depressed and gained weight... Now, I'm not eating anything whnever im depressed instead I go out and get fresh air..

hi friend, well there are some days like these, when you just don't want to do anything, and you don't know why are you feeling irritated and you hate everything....lol, but believe me this is just a temporary phase and it will pass away and you will soon cheer up and feel active. If right now you just want to sleep, then go to sleep, may be another good nap will activate you again, may be you will have a nice dream and your mood will change....... so Good night..go to sleep........sweet dreams.

I'm quite all right for the past few days or so ^_^ At least my days are quite fulfilling and i have done quite a lot things, such as going to the beach, exploring new running routes.. lol =D Also, getting a feel of waking up early in the morning, which i have not done for ages.. lol =D
It seems like a brnad new kind of lifestyle for myself.. hehe ^_^ I think i gonna chnage my own life once every few weeks, to see whic his the one really for me.. lol =D

I may not be at work right now but I just spent my weekend at home... it's depressing because I'm missing the owner of my heart because we haven't talked for a long time. sigh...
for weeks now, I may look like I'm happy but there is a hollow feeling in the region where my heart is but still trying to hold on...

i'm not really... having some problems with my hubby at the moment and feel a bit depressed... hopefully i can feel better soon... both of us are taking time off at the moment and just want to calm down and do some soul-searching... hopefully everything will work out well and i can patch things up with him soon... hopefully your day will get better as well... good luck... take care and have a nice day...

Hi mz_Ira; How are you feeling now?
Sometimes it is best to just decide to do nothing when we are not feeling so chipper.
To avoid being brought down by depression and feeling lazy, why not get into a new hobby or start reading some of your favorite books? Often making a daily list, 24 hours prior to the day and written usually in the morning hours as you wake up, is a great way to keep yourself focused. Thinking of ideas of things that you want to accomplish, that you would like to do can be a great way to keep yourself motivated.
Additionally this keeps us from having enough time to think to much.
Keep yourself busy, even if what you choose to do is not exactly productive.
Sometimes just soaking in a nice hot bath for 45 minutes can do wonders to a dull day.
Going for a walk when the weather is nice is another great way to break the monotony of doing nothing. Smell the flowers, appreciate the scenery.
Clean out that cupboard or closet that you have been wanting to get to.
Draw or paint a picture that has meaning to you.
Go for a pedicure or a manicure or have your hair cut. Go shopping for something special for yourself, even if it is only a couple of bucks.
Rent some funny movies and laugh your a** off :D
Become an expert on something new by spending time researching. Be sure to make your favorite beverage before you start, a nice herbal tea, hot chocolate, water or coffee perhaps.
When I am feeling sad and or depressed, I find that a nice bowl of triple chocolate ice cream helps tremendously. If you don't like strawberry, get a flavor that you do enjoy.

Good to hear. I hope it left you feeling better.
Now that the weather is warming up, it feels great to take a nice walk on a sunny day so I hope you can get out more. Take a light lunch to the seashore and have a peaceful time.

i have the same appenrance like you!but i was ok now.i think the most reason that why we donot happy is that wo donnot have aome intersting thing to do!we must give ourselves some tress to do something that we can be happy and feeling good everyday!

i woke up around 5 this morning, i was still sleepy but i forced myself to get off the bed and dig for food. my head is like going to blow up, it was killing me. thank goodness it's better now.
i hate it when i wake up not my own terms. right now im feeling lazy and sleepy. i'll be back to work tonight, i hope i'll feel fine when i wake up later.

Being depresse at morning is not good for anybody. You need to think about this issue twice. Morning is for enlightment. You must be cheer up in morning. So that you can spent remaing part of the day nicely.

Beach? no I live in vegas. I've got nothing but time on my hands so I make the most of it by being a lazy and sleeping all hours of the day. I play games and surf the net for a living. If you've got that kind of life style, live it up. many people don't have that luxury. :D

i just got my heartbroken. it has been a week now. when i think about the things he have said, tears came rolling. i am in pain now. i just can not believe this happened to me. i can't digest the words he said.

Sweetie its not worth thinking and feel down if that is only the kind of guy who broke up with you.. No guy who breaks up with a girl has the right to say things that is harsh... Just think of yourself and think that he dont deserve you because there are other guy who definitely you deserve and deserves you more.. Do your best to get over him.. Love yourself more.

Morning, mz_Ira. So sorry that you are depressed and feeling lazy. Did you sleep late last night? Well, I went to bed at twelve last night and got up at seven thirty this morning. I am having my day off today and I feel good as I don't have stress from work today. Tomorrow will be my hard day to begin with because we will have a routine meeting late in the afternoon and also a gathering on the sports-ground in the morning if it does not rain. I hate the morning gathering and wish it would rain so that the gathering will be canceled. I am spending an hour or so online this morning and then will go to my office to do some make-up work like I did yesterday. Anyway, I wish you to feel better by the time I finish responding to your discussion and wish you all the best, my dear friend.

I too feel a little out of the loop today. It's now 8:50PM and the day is just not the best. It started with rain and wind.
I took a nap and trying to wake up again doesn't feel too good.
Some days I wake in the mood to work out, or change my room around or write, but today I have nothing.
But alas, tomorrow will be better. No I'm not psychic just hopefull.

you know that sounds like that is the problem you are not busy enough. me and my boys have a high energy level. this is how we get if we do not stay busy. i dont think this is good either wasting your life not feeling well when there is so much life out there.try and find some thing you like and keep busy.take care

I'm sorry that you are feeling this way. I'm sort of having a good day. I'm watching a hockey game on tv and whenever there is a tv break, I'm working on my website. I must of had 10 to 15 links on my website and they are all gone =(. So now, I have to find those links all over again. Lucky for me, two web links were saved, so it's a not a total lose. Have a good day =).
