When I was young I suffered migraines and one of the things that caused this was cheese. If you eat something and it makes you bad you dont eat it again.
So I never eat cheese.
I find it very awkward though especially when we went to America and had to dine out for every meal. There are so many meals that have cheese on it.
I wish I did like cheese but I dont so I have to ask "no cheese" please and then get the funny look because I dont like cheese.
Does anyone else not like cheese and how do you cope with it?

I LOVE cheese. I eat it probably everyday. I would be very upset if I could not eat cheese. I remember my first boyfriend could not have dairy as he was allergic. It was really hard finding stuff that was not diary in it. I know a child at the school I work at that can't eat cheese either and it is strange to see her pizza that has not cheese on it.

I love it a lot!!!
I add so much of cheese on my diet. Sometime, I could see the results on my face...
I get pimples or my face blots.
Still I go for cheese burgurs and extra cheese in Pizzas... .

It shouldn't be that weird for you. Dairy is one of the most common allergens. Both of my kids are very allergic to all forms of dairy. My daughter gets a lot of gas, belly aches, and very hard stools. My son, on the other hand could be killed with a piece of cheese. If we go out to eat, which is very, very rare, not only do I ask for no dairy, I also ask that his food is cooked on a clean pan rather than on a shared grill.
It doesn't really bother me anymore, and my son can now educate others about his allergy and he couldn't care less what others think.

I'm sure it was hard here in the United States when you went out to eat. Just eating a salad for you here would be hard as there is cheese on those. I like my cheese as i just cut it up at home and eat like that. If i did get headaches from cheese though I'm sure i wouldn't eat it either.
