(Sigh) I guess I waited too long

I was just sitting at the computer thinking I should go next door and put a load of wash in the machine since amazingly enough no one was using it and before I could get there I heard the machine start up. It is located on the other side of the wall from the room I sleep in so I always hear it no matter what hour it is in use and it is in use every single day. This is beginning to get tiresome.

I would get annoyed with not being able to wash clothes when I wanted to as well as the machine running when I may be sleeping or trying to nap. That does not sound pleasant.

No, it is not pleasant, but I am trying to remember that it is temporary.

That's frustrating when you have to use laundry facilities that are shared with others. It makes planning harder to do since you have to wait until it is available and then when it is unavailable it is inconvenient time to wash your laundry. I do have a washer and dryer in my house, but neither is currently working so, that is frustrating for me, that I have to take my laundry elsewhere to wash at the moment.

I think about packing up my laptop and going to the laundromat because you can do more than one load at a time, but the idea of burning gas and spending money I don't have when there is a machine here just annoys me. There is also the issue of my dying textiles for money that gets disrupted every time there is no room at the inn.

Ironically, right after I posted the discussion my aunt called to discuss setting up a schedule and asked when was the best time for me. I told her I have a job and obligations and I wash when I can. My take on it is the same now as it was when we had the cousins post K. The people who don't work can wait until after the people who do have left for the day. Using the washer also interferes with taking showers.
