YM or SKYPE

Skype I think is much better for video and audio conference, YM is kinda laggy. but still I use YM because most of the people I think is using YM and I don't know anyone uses skype ^_~ lol

I do use both. They have both advantages and disadvantages. But for now what i wanted to say is that i personally like Skype than Yahoo since the voice is much clearer and the cam is much faster there not unlike in yahoo which is frame by frame on movements if you have a lower connection speed. I also like skype because this is what i used to chat to my parents back home and also i can do PTP connection on computer. Although Yahoo offers a lot of icons and audibles that can make the conversation funny and lively, skype does have some icons too, but not like the audibles that yahoo does. Just tell your mom to download the same skype version that you have. Maybe that is the problem why you get some problems on connecting, not unless there was a virus affecting the pc, since we don't have any problems using skype.

Well, I don't have a skype account but YM can actually give my wants when it comes to video conferences and other thoughts of communications.

Well I havent tried skype. I only use Yahoo messenger. Sometimes yahoo messenger sucks but too lazy to donwload skype
