mamalev I agree but i really lost it because we've been stopping her lots of times, that's what i told my brother she's supposed to understand better than my son because she's twice his age.

mamalev my bad as i've said i lost patience but fyi i didn't pull her hair to punish her but that was the first thing i could grab of her to avert her attention and it was not like i was trying to get her hair off her head.

mamalev Hi yes the video with ym makes you look like a robot that's why I wanted to switch to skype for videocalling. But for chatting, it's still ym because it's used by most of my friends.

mamalev Thanks for your response. My mom actually had her dsl check it out and they said it's her modem which has a problem. I was afraid at first that her laptop may have been conflicktered or something and she's kinda blaming me for asking her to download skype.

mamalev Hi! Yeah ym sometimes suck that's why I am looking for better ways to videocall my mom. Actually skype is pretty easy and fast to download.

mamalev Thanks for responding. Actually a friend of mine told me about skype and it has much better video and audio quality than ym but I don't know if it carries something unsafe that can harm my computer.
