I bought a cushion for my garden bench on the Internet. I saw a photo of it on the net and it looked a lovely royal blue. Now I have got the cushion it looks gray to me. I have put in on my bench and it is comfortable but it is dreary color. I so wanted it to look lovely next to my plant pots on my decking.
Have you ever bought anything on the Internet and then the product disappointed you?

I bought these flip flops once online and when i got them i thought there were really cute so the day i wore them i started walking and they were lighting up i was like what the heck is that. I was really mad that they were lighting up i didn't expect that at all. I guess i will have to be more careful when i order things online as i should read all about the item too as that as part of the reason. Enjoy Mylotting

Some of my friends always got such things,so they decided no to buy anything on the net.I`m not agree with that.Though it maybe cheaper than the department, risks still have. How to find the most suitable and real things on net is not a easy way,cos i`ve bought on the net for four years ,i almost can distinguish the product good or not.Even i bought sth disappointed me,i would never lose faith:)

Hi Maximax...what a shame, maybe you can buy some material and cover it with the colour you like.
I once bought some converse shoes for my teenager daughter on Ebay, and on the picture they looked great, but when they come, they were all dirty around the edge of the shoes.
So I cleaned them up and thank God, they looked like new again, because they were one of her presents for Christmas, they are so expensive in the shops.
Have a nice day max

i really got disappointed when i realized that the color of my jeans that i brought day before yesterday thinking that it was black turned out to be dark blue, and it is not exchangeable that's the reason why im really upset about it.

I have only used the Internet to buy travel related items, such as airfares and hotel reservations. The Tiger air purchase was a disaster, and cost me dearly.

Oh yes. I bought some cushions to replace the ones on a couch that I had at the time. They were the perfect color, the price was great, and everything seemed in order. But when they arrived, they were massive. A 500 pound person could sit on one, and it would still be too fluffy. And it isn't a fluffy that you can sit on. It's uncomfortable. I couldn't take any stuffing out either. I know some people can't picture cushions that one can't even sit on, but I'm telling you, it was rididculous. I still have them, and I'm hoping someday I'll figure out what to use them with.

H[i]i maxima,
I have tried that too but it was a jewelry. It looks tiny and smal on the net since I love small ones but when I got it, it's too huge for me and I was disappointed a lot!
Make me think not to get anything anymore online!

Are you not able to lodge a complaint? At times, I am tempted, but I do not buy from the internet simply because I do not know if what I see if what I will get. I prefer to go to shops, look around and feel it. At least i feel comfortable with my purchase.

In fact the color will be different from the computer and the real object. Usually the object will look so attractive because the buyers will take good photos so that it will appear the buyers. Especially when they use the light and Photoshop to edit the product photo, everything will just look perfect. This is why sometimes when I buy something via the net, the sellers will emphasize that the color may be different than what you see from your monitor. But it shouldn't be a big change anyway.
I love China

Hi maximax8,
I have never bought anything on the net but the cushions can be recoverd with the colour you like and you can change them around as well, so it won't be too bad.
