is that a virus?

When i view task manager, i find wmiprvse.exe which occupies much of processing power doing nothing. i dont not what program is that and why its being loaded in my computer.
what should i do about that?

Don't need to scare just move your mouse lick on start button and run, type "msconfig" and disable it.......... have a nice day.

We both have that kind task (wmipvrse.exe), i guess it only Windows Media Internet Protocol Version Service. That file will not pop-up if i don't access a website, so no need to worry. I have that task program along time ago after i install the software for my connection internet.
