jabaz007 all cat (1 through 6a) supports 100m distance as per topology defination. this distance supported within their bandwidth capacity. if use for higher bandwidth then supported, lets say cat5 if used to carry 1gbps data then distance it support reduces.

jabaz007 vcd file format is .dat and dvd file format is .vob and simply converting dat to vob want do as one need to author dvd. so for that you should be lookin for a software which can conver dat to vob and author dvd. i know nero which is the best software around...
