To reduce excessive fats from the body we have to do many things. We walk,run,swim,exercise and so many things to get rid of fats.We try to eat less. By doing these we can reduce fat and our body weight.But the specialists say,one kind of brown fat can help to reduce our body weight.So all kinds of fats are not harmful for our body.To keep the babies body warm brown fats are used.Previously it was believed that with the getting of age this brown fat don't exist in human body. On 9th April in an article of New England Journal of Medicine says,this type of brown fat have been found in the adult's body.The researchers hope if the stored brown fats in the body of men and women can be activated then it will be able to break the excessive calory.As a result there will be no need of over dieting or exercise to reduce excessive fat and weight of human body.Other than this type-2 diabetes will also be controlled.The main writer of this article Soven Enerback(spelling may be wrong)of the Utebor University of Sweden says ,it's like a discovery of a new organ of human body.(Please pardon for the wrong spelling of name.)

I had never heard of brown fat, either, but I found a link at WebMD that helps: http://www.webmd.com/diet/news/20080820/brown-fat-new-key-to-weight-loss It doesn't say how brown fat can be developed naturally, though, which would make more sense than being treated with something to develop it.

I don't think the diets most of us have is helping the brown fat, it's causing white fat which is slowly killing us. Until we can correct that formation less food and more exercise is what we need to do.

Brown fats are not created by foods.These remain in our body inactively when we are getting ageing.Researchers are trying to activate the brown fats in adult person's body.

yeah, what is brown fat? I have never even heard of that before. I know there is good fat and bad fat..grease being the bad fat and peanuts being the good fat. And there is good fat in fish and other foods as well. I like to eat flax seed and mix it with my fruit smoothies as well. I know Omega Threes are so important in helping to fight fat..Eat "good" fat to burn "bad" fat.
