Good for you!
I had a pasta maker, electric one, several years ago but was never able to make anything good come of it. I guess my dough was never the right consistency because it would just crumble. bleck, I sold the machine.
I have recently made homemade noodles, but they were too thick, I could not seem to roll them out thinly enough. But, they did taste wonderful and sure were a lot less expensive than buying the dried noodles at the grocery.
I hope you have many years of happy noodle making with your family.
I remember as a child my mom and dad making noodles and hanging them from broom sticks between chairs to dry.

Hi youless, from the attached image I could see how wonderful the noodles look like. They are just similar to those which are available in our market. You really have great talent in cuisine. Anyway I believe they are more nutritious and hygienic. For I know you use all those genuine and quality ingredients.
I hope I’m your neighbor at the moment, so that I could enjoy the delicious and freshly served noodles. might be your loved ones and you have finished eating all the yummy noodles this afternoon.
You know I’m not good in cooking. I believe the noodles I made might a pile of mess, even with the brand new noodle maker provide You are always the best in cooking
Happy posting and have a nice day.

I have visited your DIY COOKING Group after you gave me your link . Yeah , it's really wonderful there . I can remember someone who once introduced us the noodle maker there . So you began to buy a noodle maker to have a try , right ? Seems everything is so amazing , but I'm still thinking that I'm not gonna have a try to it because it looks a little complex. To be a southernian , I seldom eat noodle :)

those look really good. Good job. I think it would be fun making noodles at home. To be able to show my kids how noodles are made and to get them to help me and be able to eat what we made would be really neat. I might start looking for one.

youless,
Tasty! I am sure of it since you get to choose and use the best and fresh ingredients for the noodles.
Also, not taking away the credit and need for a good recipe to make the noodles complete before ingestion.
Again, great effort here.

Hey it looks delicious. I think you have made it perfectly!
Good thing you have a noodle maker at home. It's better to eat homemade noodles than those instant ones. It's much healthier and you can make it anytime you want.
Ciao!

I hope we can make also homemade noodles. My father love eating instant noodles everyday. I'm so worried sometimes because it is no longer healthy to eat it everyday because it has preservatives. If we are going to make it homemade noodles I think my father going to like it and it is more healthier than the instant one.
