do you have breakfast

I often get up late then hurriedly to work without eating anything till noon.Sometimes I ate a piece of bread on the way.And often I have nothing for breakfast.My doctors say it is bad for my health.But I don't feel anything bad till now.I cannot see the difference having and not having breakfast.what is your opinion?Are the doctors right?

I have to eat heavy breakfast everyday since I might not have time to eat anything during noon. It's not good to miss breakfast as our body already been fasting while we were sleeping. Eating breakfast is a way to restore back the energy.

i have always have breakfast becasue i couldnt do without it for example i eat butter jam at the weekends eggs but you should know that br eakfast is very important

We have same concern too. I never used to eat breakfast too. I think the only harm that we can get is that we cannot get enough energy for a day and we easily get tired. They say that eating breakfast is an energy booster.

Breakfast is a must for me since I can't work properly in the morning unless I take something. I've seen people who also do not take breakfast, and they feel fine. Maybe because they are used to it and their stoamch learned to adjust.

Breakfast is really very important. It may cause diabetes.Dear my friend, keep healthy. Once lost,everything is late.

I do the same thing i get up late and sometimes i dont eat breakfast and only eat at the ending of the day. The doctors are right it is bad for your health, you cant tell yet but the lack of energy can effect your muscles and your mental health.
