do you have breakfast

I often get up late then hurriedly to work without eating anything till noon.Sometimes I ate a piece of bread on the way.And often I have nothing for breakfast.My doctors say it is bad for my health.But I don't feel anything bad...

ersyn1 i have always have breakfast becasue i couldnt do without it for example i eat butter jam at the weekends eggs but you should know that br eakfast is very important

ersyn1 at first you had a diet with green vegetables and you eat little bread and usually you should drink juice and before dinner and lunch you should eat salad

i like my friend because i share my problem with them and they show me the true way sometimes i think that if i would be alone in this world what had i done when i speak with my friend i relax thanks to all my friend
