Rescue workers were clearing away the rubble of a six-story building in Cologne that collapsed five weeks ago when they spotted a pair of small paws. 12-year old Felix was in surprisingly good health when rescue workers moving ruble found him. Amazing!

always glad to hear that rescue workers save animals too
well they found th cat, not saved it
but i've heard stories where firefighters saved animals too
as for the animals that survived, including felix, I hope they are all in good homes now

What an amazing and wonderful story. Hardly anyone speaks of the fate of pets during a disaster. I'm glad Felix was okay.

That proves that cats have nine lives. He was probably hunting mice down there, but I bet his owners were rather glad to have him back. That sure was one lucky kitty!
