In choosing your clothes , bags and other items. what style do you prefer. do you either choose modern, traditional or cross between the two. i think that i do swiched from modern to traditional and vice versa. there are times that traditional dress though that never get out of style fits in certain way and sometimes i feel that i rather wear the modern style or fashion but sometimes i just choose which looks good me and not which i feel like wearing. so what is your style.

Hi hotsummer! had I been in my teens I would surely go for what is trendy. Now as I am in the summer if my life I just can not be like them fr it would a case of affectation and you know people laugh at the extremity of things.
Now what I do is cross between the two. I have never been skeptical about the new time and accepted the positive things and therefore never mind picking up certain things that are modern and as I know the better soup of the past or by the gone by days and would not part with so easily. Hence I am the cross between the two - modern and traditional.

we are pretty much the same in our choice of fashion. but i think that as long as we can carry it we can still wear any type of fashion.

I am not a good shopper. When it comes to shopping I prefer my family member choose things for me. If I will go to shopping I can bring anything and would start using them. I don't care for fashion and all. I am using my shoes which are old fashion and are very old too but since my family members are asking me to go and buy one for me, I am using the same teared shoes because I know if I will go there I will buy the same old fashioned shoes which my family would never like.
So, better using the same rather than spending money and getting yelled. I am lazy, arn't I?

you are good shopper and money saver. i salute you. way to save your money. i think that sometimes being fashionable too much is not good also. not unless you are way too rich spend on those things.

Thanks for the complement. You are the first person who saluted me for my shopping abilities. I always get yelled by my family.
But if you have money to spend then you can afford having costly fashionable jewelry or shoes or clothes or makeup or some other girl things.

I can say I go for both, depending on my mood when I shop clothes or bags or shoes. But most of the time I am traditional type, what matters to me is that it is comfortable to wear and not necessarily out of style.

yeah comfort and being in style should go together. that is why many like you prefer the traditional style. i do go to traditional but sometimes i just want to try out the other and be more adventurous and see how it will look on me.

One should always choose a garment thinking of what would best suit one's personality and comfort level.Never buy things which u feel look nice on other's,intead try them on urself. If u you feel u r looking good,u will carry urself beautifully.
I try the dresses before buying, after all what are trial rooms meant for.

yes you are totally correct. what fits others will not necessarily look great on us. we should learn what suits or looks great on us. i am learning on that one too. hopefully i will be good in finding the right dress or outfit for my looks. thanks for responding.

I try to mix up my wardrobe. If I go to the mall, I wear modern clothes. If I go to a cousin's or aunt/uncle's house, I usually wear traditional clothes. It depends on where I'm going.

It depends on the mood actually and the contents of my closet. Most of the stuff in my closet are jeans and shirt because that whatmyjob requires. I can go for funky stylish clothes if I want but the thing is, my friends are mostly traditional and they would only make fun of me if I'd be a fashionista overnight LOL~!

Modern clothes suit me best.Sometimes it looks good to combine a modern piece of clothing with a traditional one.Of course you have to know what you're doing. It depends of the occasion you are wearing them, but traditional clothes draw a little more attention because they are a little more different with almost everyone dressed modernly.
I don't like the people who wear clothes with big brands so that everyone can see them.I prefer to wear simple but modern clothes
