I have good experience of cotton clothes.The sweat is absorbed by such clothes and its light color or white color doesnot absorb too much of heat in summer days , and making you cool whole time.

kishuchi I am using Oriflame-Aloe Vera face wash,it suits me.U can use powder but when u r back home remove it by using cleansing milk or raw milk.

kishuchi First try to keep ur skin clean,wash ur face with water during day.At night follow the cleans,tone,moisutrise habbit.8-10 glasses of water a day,fibre food,lot of greens would help. Avoid junk food if possible.BE HAPPY!
