HI guys, What do u do when u r depressed ?? does u take anyones advise on situation u r facing ??

I will try my best to forget the depressed things.may be to tell my troble ,though there goes a saying"telling your troubles is swelling your troubles",but i always do this.They can give me some good suggestions.

HI, The phrase u mentioned is absolutely true. but somewhere u need someone who can take u out through depression. so telling someone ur problem can give u another view to look towards ur problem Thanks a lot for ur reply. Have a nice day ahead.

When I am depressed I try to do things that gets my mind off of what is bothering me. But sometimes that is difficult to do so then I tend to over think things and get upset. I try to talk to my sister about some things but I do keep a lot of it inside because I don't want to bother anyone with my depression. I will listen to my sister but ultimately I make my own choices. I also sometimes work out to vent frustrations or take a bath to relax. Sometimes it is okay to just cry it out and be done with it.

hey, Thats true in depression it is difficult to do some other work but u must divert ur mind somewhere else. Thanks a lot for ur reply. Have a gr8 day ahead.

We all, at some moment in our life get depressed, at that moment we are vulnerable and we need to be very careful to whom we listen. We might end up with more troubles than when we begun. I personally try to do something that I enjoy, to remind myself that life is beautiful, and that things are ephemeral and so will be my feelings of depression. Usually this works for me.

I the very start of my depression, I just wanted to be alone. I think of the situation. There are many ways on how I could appease the ill feelings of mine. I relax my mind by watching funny movies or sleep. I also unwind my self by chatting to my friends online and ask for advises. I try not to be very sensitive because it will trigger more of my depression. I

I eat my comfort foods - chocolates, pizza and ice cream. I watch movies - DVD or at the cinema. I pray a lot.

what i really do when im depressed is i let myself feel lyk that for a while. if i feel lyk crying i would. if i feel like not talking to anybody i wont. if i feel lyk going out have a drink and smoke till my head hurts a would. after i did all the possible ways on how to lighten my heart thats the time i would think rationally,

You can talk to someone about it - a family member, a friend or even someone inanimate - like a dog or a plant. You just need to vent, and it doesn't have to be mutual, as long as you can release your feelings. Also, do deep breathing. It really helps a lot. Soft music really calms me when I'm depressed. It can act on two ways - it can make me cry or be at ease. I think the ones that really gives an effect are those songs that lyrically connects with you and your current state of mind. :)

hehe.when I am depressed I'll eat a lot.lol.but I am still slender.You know,although someone eat so much but she still thin.I am such person.So when I am depressed I'll always eat a lot.

I try to do something that I enjoy doing, something that will help me take my mind off what is making me feel depressed. I may read a book, watch a movie, write, spend time with my fiance, or something like that. These things normally help me. They don't always help, but they generally do.

hello,this is what i have been doing when i am depressed. first of i never forget to let my emotions out.so it means i cry.yes crying is your heart's way of speaking through your tears that fall from your eyes.i don't just stay in a corner and get quiet i can't i will explode if i don't cry.secondly, i try to recall what made me depressed to the point where in i'm numb from depression and these will lead me to cry too.if it doesn't work i eat.a lot that's another problem.when you see me gaining weight it means something is wrong with me.i tend to eat a lot when i am depressed.lastly, i talk to a friend or i will go to their house for a talk some snack and a from start to end conversation why i'm depressed.and after that we will treat ourselves to a nearest ice cream parlor in our neighborhood.that's how i do it.
