Do you purchase things for your scrapbooking off of Ebay. I have thought about crocheting some little small embellishment items. Do you think they would sell well on Ebay?? Do you buy little things like that on there?? If you buy scrapbooking items from Ebay, what do you look for??

I do buy most of my craft items from ebay. But if you are looking to sell handmade items have you had alook at Etsy.com? Its like ebay but purley for handmade items, so people use purchase from Etsy are looking for handmade and are willing to pay handmade prices unlike alot of people on ebay who are looking for a bargain!

I have purchased scrapbooking supplies from ebay, but I am looking more for a good price, or for items that have been discontinued that I need to finish a project. You would want to highlight your handmade items as one-of-a-kind special embellishment. I think Etsy might be better for you. Too many people are looking for a bargin on ebay. Plus, the seller fees always seem to rack up on ebay.

You might want to check out some forums on scrapbooking and ask the same question there. I would think that you might want to put the items together into "packages" they would probably sell better that way rather than one or two items separately. You could do themed packages like weddings, babies, you get the idea.

I just can't get ebay figured out! It seems so complicated, so all of my materials come from walmart, the dollar store, and michael's. Maybe someday I'll venture onto ebay but for right now I'll stick to my usual places.
